Historical Costume Course. 1st part: Renaissance (Berlin)

Learn how to make historical costumes! First course you will learn the art of a Protected content (Elizabethan period) Women Dress. Learn how to make the bodice, with sleeves, full skirt and French hood! Students will be making the costumes to fit to their own body or to a mannequin. The course will be taught at Linkle Stitch n Bitch Nähcafe in Kreuzberg.

Course will last for 4 saturdays.
1. Saturday 23rd April.
2. Saturday 30th April.
3. Saturday 7th May.
4. Saturday 21st May.

Time: 10am-1pm

*Course includes bones to stiffen the bodice, eyelets and laces, however students must bring their own fabrics for the course but more information will be given about fabrics, colours and styles at the first lesson.
