Lawyers for HR and tax (Berlin)

Hi!

I moved to Berlin from San Francisco (but am an EU citizen), and am starting a job with a company back in the US as their European representative. Does anyone know a good lawyer well versed in international business, taxation and hiring policies who would be able to advise me on the best terms of employment? I know there are differences between being a freelancer and self-employed, and of course being directly employed by the foreign company. Any advice or connections would be appreciated.
