Learning German (From an American perspective) (Berlin)

Hello everyone!

I am an American citizen who is going to be moving to Germany forever.

I will be living in Berlin this summer and my German is no where near perfect.

I was just wondering if anyone had any tips or strategies as far as how I can learn the language quickly. I'd say my German is like a Protected content of 10 right now.

I would also love hearing from other American minds as well, just so I know what I'm in store for.
