Moving to Berlin

Hi all,

I am a 30yo Australian moving to Berlin in August. First and foremost I want to learn the language, so could anyone (everyone) please recommend a good value for money language school? Also, I will need accomodation for at least three months. Could you please recommend good areas to live? I am very friendly, outgoing and love to meet people from all over the world, so somewhere sociable and happening is desirable. Finally, I have a degree in Psychology, I am a personal trainer and many years experience in HR (London and Melbourne). Where should I begin looking for jobs? I have a 12 month working holiday visa.
