need an advice about getting to Berlin Univ.

I'ts my pleasure to write for the first time here in Berlin Forum. I'm Marco Rizk an Egyptian student, faculty of Dentistry, Cairo University. This is my senior year and I'm wandering if i can continue my dental studies in the great University of Berlin.
So.. If you have any advice about it .. anyone here is or was a student in Berlin University can share his/her experience with me.
I think your advice will make a big difference in my decision so I'll be so delighted if I hear some.
