Norwegian considering Berlin...

I'm looking for tips and suggestions in connection with a possible job opportunity in Berlin (a Norwegian company). What should I consider and check if I were to move down from Norway with the whole family? Any recommendations or thoughts in relation to the Norwegian / Scandinavian kindergarten and school? Which area should we aim to settle in, and what is important to think about in relation to the employment contract, our rights and benefits. Want to get in touch with someone who has been through the same and / or have knowledge of any of these issues / processes?
