Website hosting providing web builder and domain (Berlin)

Hallo,

I am looking into web hosting options, I prefer though a provider who can also give a web builder tool or options to choose a web design ready-made, as well as the domain registration. It should be located in Europe, as in case of need I think it would be easier to contact the assistance service.

I was checking Alphahosting, but their designs are really ugly and I did not get infos on the options to build the site from scratch. Does anybody around here have experience with this provider ?

Has anybody any good advice on reliable, with good service assistance web hosting provider ? It does not have to be the cheapest, but rather good value for money.
