Working holiday in Berlin, Germany

Hello there, My name is Selina. I am thinking of going on working holiday in Germany of one year. But I've heard that it isn't easy to find a job in Germany. Is it true? How about in Berlin this city?

I can teach Madarin Chinese. And I studied Translation and Interpretation (Chinese and English) so I can do something related to this aspect. But my concern is My German is still in beginner’s level, would that be a problem?

And I would like to try working in a bar or a bookshop or CD shops as well, is it possible too?
