If you go to the gym at all, or have said to yourself that you will go more this year, you will know how hard it is to motivate yourself to go alone. I have come across this problem as well recently, and therefore am looking for a workout buddy. A bit about me, I workout quite frequently (or try) and have for the past 5 years or so. Into freeweights and muscle building with a bit of cardio in the mix. I am looking for a guy or girl who can meet up at the gym, train together, or do their own thing if you wish. I can provide a bit of insight on different exercises or training plan if needed. Experience wished, but not necessary. Also, I belong to McFit, so we would be meeting at one of them around the city.
