Your experiences working in Berlin

Dear fellow expats:

As a expat researcher myself, I am conducting a study on a topic very close to my heart: how cultural differences influence the work performance of expatriates in Berlin. My special interest in Berlin roots on te fact that every day, more and more highly qualified expats are comming to work and live in Berlin.

In this tenor, I am reaching out for you to ask for your support in conducting this study: I am looking to interview people working in the creative scene (artist, entrepreneurs, people working on start-ups, etc.) who are willing to share their experiences and are interested in help finding out what it is about culture that matters so much to work performance and how to manage best the incredible potential of highly qualified, highly creative foreign employees.
