Employment Insurance benefits (Bern)

Hi everyone, does anyone here has information on employment insurance benefits? How it works in Switzerland? I have been here 15 months, my first job was a winter job (seasonal) then I found another one which I will finish in two months. I am now searching for a more permanent job (rather than seasonal) but in some cases it takes a few months to find the right job! I need to find out where to go in Interlaken to speak to an employment advisor. I am not sure if it depends on the type of work permit, I hold a B permit.
