German teacher (Bern)

Hi,
Im looking for someone who could help me with my german. Looking for a native german speaker with a rather flexible schedule who would be available in evenings/weekends to meet up for an hour or two to teach me german (of course paid). Im not a complete beginner but have limited knowledge especially when it comes to grammar.
Anyone out there?
