Help, please! (Considering moving to Switzerland) (Bern)

Hi Everyone! My husband and I are toying with the idea of moving to Switzerland. We're in our late 20's/early 30's. My husband is Australian. I'm Zimbabwean, however I immigrated to Australia 10 years ago. We travelled to Switzerland in Protected content have lived abroad in Canada until recently. We are very drawn to a mountainous lifestyle. (Mountains, Lakes, Snow, Snowboarding, Hiking, Mountain Biking) I am a member of the EU with my UK citizenship. Our biggest concerns when considering Switzerland are job opportunities and the language barrier. We aren't opposed to learning a new language but this takes time.
Can anyone give us any insight to help us reach a decision? Jobs? Location? Cost of living? Wages? How is it building a community as an English speaker?
