i am contemplating a move to Bern. Having lived in a number of places...US (New York), Vienna, Northern England, Rotterdam, i have a good sense for what "quality of life" means....
My favourite was Vienna -so i am curious how Bern compares? How are things like social life, arts, transportations, food, costs of living and healthcare?
