Moving to Biel (Bern)

Hi!
I will be moving to Biel at the end of April for work. I have been in Biel 2 times earlier but the only thing I have seen is the hotel and the trainstation =/

So I would really appriciate some advice and tips what the city has to offer.
Where to go, what to see?
How big is the expat community? Is it hard to find a flat? What are the costs of living?
