Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to join the contact centre management team as a Team Leader to motivate, lead, coach and deliver first class customer service within a contact centre environment.
Required skills and experience:

This position requires experience of leading, motivating and developing a team of greater than ten individuals within the contact centre environment. You will be highly motivated to exceed customers expectations and be able to demonstrate the ability to work towards KPI's. You will also have the following:
Fluent French language skills
Knowledge of best practice in terms of service excellence
Strong interpersonal and influence management skills
Excellent communication skills
Self motivated with the ability to use initiative
Be approachable
Positive attitude
Duties & Experience
This position will be to manage a team of advisors, to deliver first class customer service to meet all sales/service objectives and service standards through effective management of a team involving the following:
Manage, motivate and develop a team within a call centre environment
Increasing revenue and margins
Driving efficiencies
Reduce returns
Be passionate about managing the team
Conduct monthly and quarterly reviews
Monitor individual productivity
Complete management reports
Maintain all KPI's
Learn and lead from the front, inspiring your team to be engaged in the business
Monitoring of inbound and outbound call traffic
Hold a daily buzz with your team
Liaise with resource team to ensure you have sufficient staffing levels
