Doing Business In Bishkek

Hi All

I arrive in Bishkek in about a fortnights time for a post that will last approximately a year. While out there I wanted to explore some opportunities and had some things in mind. What I wanted to know about was any events or seminars aimed at the legalities of doing business in Kyrgyzstan, property law...just a bit of a 'get started' guide to the region. Any advice?
