Picnic in June - help arranging? (Bishkek)

I think it would be very nice with an Internations picnic one saturday or sunday in June. So does anybody want to help me organize it?

My only free weekend is Protected content , so let's go for that wekend!

I'm thinking that the easiest way to do this, would be to make it a potluck picnic: Everybody bring some food: a salad, a pie, some chicken, or maybe the very kyrgyzs "колбаса и сыр" (sausage and cheese), and whatever they want to drink, and then the arranging committee bring plastic cutlery, plates, napkins etc.
