Recommendations for a good Veterinarian? (Bishkek)

If you know of a good vet clinic or veterinarian (for cats), please let me know! One of our cats has intestinal (stomach) problems. Unfortunately, he only became sick after we brought him to our old vet for a check-up (as their office and instruments were perhaps not so sanitized), so we need to find a new vet. If you've gone to/know of a clinic that is *clean*, please leave a comment below.
