Some tips appreciated! (Bishkek)

Hi everyone:
I am new in Bishkek, arrived a week ago. I was wondering whether there are upcoming cafe gatherings that I can join and meet some of you?

I may be moving to Bishkek with my family and I would appreciate some tips on :
1) international elementary schools in English; 2) pre school in English and 3) your experience in bringing pets in Kyrgyzstan,i.e., specific legal regulations, etc.
