Malaria and Antimalarials (Blantyre)

Hi. First post so please bear with me.

My wife and I are moving to Malawi at the end of the month. We will be in Blantyre for two years.

I have been asking a few doctors about Antimalarial. It's been suggested that I purchase enough for a few weeks and then purchase the rest from Blantyre.

Are they readily available and trusted. How much do the cost. And what other suggestions are there. Not really looking forward to taking a pill everyday for two years.

Any suggestions would be very welcomed.
