Apartment company issue (Bochum)

Hello everyone, I have to leave my apartment in the middle of next month. The company says that I have to remove the kitchen, floor, wallpaper, paint etc.. However, when I took over the apartment, nothing was done by the tenant living before. Probably, because now all the things belong to mine so I have to remove them. However, lawyer told me that I should never paint the apartment. And wallpapers belong to the apartment. But the problem is that I have signed the vorabnahmeprotokoll which states that I will remove kitchen , floor, wallpaper by the end of next month. I am not sure if I am supposed to do everything ?
