another visa query... (Bogotá)

Hi,
Thanks for the advice on my last thread - I find navigating the beauracracy to find this sort of information very difficult here!

I have a work visa through a company. If I was to take a job with a different company, would I have to pay for a whole new visa, or is there some sort of easier/cheaper, transition type option?

As always, any advice is greatfully received!
