Any bakers here? (Bogotá)
I've dusted off my breadmaker and I forgot that there is a difference between Canadian and American flour. The quantities used are different and if you bake, you know the measurings must be precise. My question is whether anyone knows what Colombian flour is closest to? Someone told me all wheat products are imported from Canada, but I don't know and experimentation can get expensive. If anyone knows, there is a loaf in it for you :) Thanks!
