ATMs in Bogota (Bogotá)

I am struggling in finding good bank to make ATM withdrawal, I used BancoColombia and others but the ATM limit was $700,000, The ATM charge about $6,000 and then I got charge from my U.S Bank another $30,000 for the transaction.
Any suggestion will be appreciated.
