Buying a house in Colombia (Bogotá)

Hi,

Just a little question. I need to send some money to buy a house, but actually the transaction limits seems to be around Protected content each month. Is there any way to send money directly in Colombia with:

1) A good change in USD or EUR.
2) Little fees on the transaction.
3) Possibilty to cash out the money in one time (I think that's a daily limit with Davivienda for example)
