Changing my Cedula (Bogotá)

I have to change my Cedual due to changing my job.

I was told I had 15 days after getting the Visa. This includes weekends and the upcoming Santa Semana.

Questions:

Will the Cedual office be open during Santa Semana. Ii know some other Govt. offices are but need to be sure.

If I am changing my Cedula do I use the same form and is it available online?

Is there a number to call?
