Colombia Worldwide Tax? (Bogotá)

I read somewhere that, based on a new Colombian law passed in Protected content which took effect in Protected content , if you live in Colombia for Protected content days or more in a year, you are required to report and pay taxes on all your worldwide income.

Anyone knows about this and can shed some light on it?
