Concerts in Parque Simón Bolivar (Bogotá)

I like going to concerts but turned down opportunities to see some artists I wanted to see because the venue was Simón Bolívar.
I thought that maybe the sound quality wouldn’t be good and that it wouldn’t be a nice place to arrive at and to leave from (especially at night).
Any pro or con feedback ?
