What is the local equivalent of U.S. craft stores like Michaels or Jo-Ann? Not just fine art supplies or scrapbooking gear, but materials for DIY home decoration like fabric paint, stencils, etc.
What about fabric stores? The only one I'm familiar with is Facol. I've also been to the Alquería area.
