Day Time ,Get together?? (Bogotá)

We are aware there are many new Expats coming to Colombia, I was wondering if taking advantage of this Hot hot hot Weather in Bogota (WHile in Europe theyre reaching below Zero temperatures) , We are enjoying beaaaaaaaaaaaaautiful 23ºC. Anyway I was wondering if we perhaps should organize a daytime get together and dont know, Go to downtown, enjoy the beauty of Candelaria and have couple of drinks later in Zona T or some other outdoors place ?

Any Sugestion?
