Petite International Consulting is seeking a native English teacher in Bogota with university studies or a background in development-related studies. This could include International Development, International Relations, Gender Studies, Human Rights, Economic Development, to name a few.
We currently have 1 small-group class available, which meets twice a week in the mornings near Parque 93. Each session is 90 minutes.
Additional requirements include: excellent communication skills, experience teaching English, a CELTA or TEFL (though the right experience could substitute for this), a Bachelors degree in a field related to Development, plans to stay in Bogota at least 6 months, legal working status (we aren't able to provide a visa for this at this time).
We look for motivating, creative teachers who have the ability to assess the needs of each student and prepare effective classes as well as work within our methodology. And currently we are looking for a teacher who is passionate about development and other related Social Science fields.
