foreigner friends and international enviroment (Bogotá)

hello,
i lived 5 years out of Colombia and they were those kind of key years to make friends so i got back and my few friends that i left are already married and with children...i would love to have foreigner friends here and some of you maybe would like to have a local friend.
i got used to the international enviroment and do not want to loos it just because i am in my own country.
