How to receive my pension before retirement age? (Bogotá)

Hi there!

I've been working in Colombia for three years, and have been paying my pension through Colfondos.
I've accumulated a fair amount and would like to liquidate my pension or perhaps transfer it to a pension back in the UK.
Colfondos is saying that the only way I can get it back is by coming back in 30 years once I have reached retirement age....

Does anyone know a way around this??
