Is Colombian pensión retrievable for foreigner? (Bogotá)

Hello, with my previous full-time job here in Bogotá, I earned a little bit of a pension. As I am considering leaving the country, does anyone know if I can access this money?
I have received different answers from Porvenir, unsurprisingly, so I'm looking for opinions from people who might actually know something.
