We're making a documentary, we're doing marketing, we're fundraising, we do events...it's a huge project.
The position we have open we're calling “Versatile Business Admin”. We're a small team (four people in our office, plus some freelancers). We all do a little bit of everything – that’s how startup companies work.
This means we need someone with a good brain, able to take on different tasks and use your imagination. However, you don’t necessarily need prior experience.
Your workload will include:
► Being the right-hand of the marketing team - doing research and helping out on whatever job arises
► Responding to emails of fans, buskers and the general public
► Taking care of our crowdfunding page on Patreon
► Running errands, doing bank or other payments
► Filing and organizing documents (receipts, invoices etc.)
► Making phone calls
► Dealing with the UK and Colombian account and accountant
► Keeping our finance spreadsheet updated
► Going through databases from our server
► Doing miscellaneous tasks
This is a full time job, and each day you will likely be working on different things. You need to be intelligent, good at problem solving, organised and efficient. You should also be familiar with Office and Google Drive, be able to handle numbers well.
Most importantly, you need to be 100% fluent in English and Spanish.
We're paying a Colombian salary for an untrained job. But it'll be one of the most interesting/diverse untrained office jobs you can get here.
Minimum job length of 6 months. Our office is in Chapinero. We have a puppy at the office (sometimes two), in case you're allergic.
