Jobs in Colombia (Bogotá)

I´m thinking about moving to Colombia, so I would appreciate if someone could give me some tips about living there. Specifically, I would like to know:
What is the cost of living there? How much can business administrators (with over five years of experience) expect to earn? How is the job-market in the financial services industry developing? Is Colombia a very centralised country and most businesses based in Bogotá, or also in other cities such as Medellin etc?
