Legal work question (Bogotá)

Hi everyone,

A have a question for a friend: she just moved to Bogotá with her french husband. The guy will be working for a spanish company as a freelancer. Initially, he have to analyze colombian market, get in touch with customers, and then, create a branch in the country.

What kind of work papers he must to get for live and work in Colombia in this labour conditions?
