Life in Bogota: pros & cons (Bogotá)

Hi everybody!

I have a job opportunity in Bogota and was wondering how it feels like to live there. Some people say I'm crazy because of the insecurity, others say it's great. I have never been to Colombia, not even as a tourist, so I have no idea.

So better ask people who actually live there :)

It would be great if some of you could share their experience about Bogota.
