Mail forwarding service wanted. (Bogotá)

It's more than mail forwarding. There are places that you use as a mailing address for purchases, or things from home, whatever, and they repackage and send to Colombia. They collect the taxes so the package simply arrives. I used one that was good (in NYC), but they do not speak English and family and friends find it too hard to deal with them. Has anyone got any recommendations? Thanks
