Moving from Prague to Bogota in June (Bogotá)

Hello!

I am going to be relocating to Bogota the first week of June. I have been living and working in Prague, Czech Republic for the past 2 1/2 years but am originally from the States. I have 1 friend in Bogota, but aside from that I will be on my own. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to give me some recommendations on places or neighborhoods where I can find a good atmosphere and good people. I'm kind of bohemian in the sense that I'm laid back and open minded and enjoy all things artistic. I love live music, film, art shows, etc. I am going to be looking for areas where these things thrive and I can meet like-minded people.

I will also be living in North Bogota in Usaquen, Cedritos specifically if you know of anything in that area. Thanks!!
