Nutrition and organic cooking basic course (Bogotá)

Next Saturday May 23, 8:30 a.m. Protected content . , Nutrition and organic cooking basic course, vegetarian ¡delicious! and no dairy products included.

These are the recipes that will prepare, all “friendly” with our body! and very nourishing and healthy:

- Sesame milk (the sesame is ten times richer calcium than the cow milk).
- Blueberries (agrás) cake (vegan, no dairy products included! no eggs, no butter) sweetened with organic panela (natural sugar caned product, no refined) or yacon honey (natural sweetener suitable for diabetics) and kamut flour: organic, very rich in selenium (powerful antioxidant), hypoallergenic with few gluten and evenly assimilated by the celiacs and delicious taste! Kamut was originally grown for the pharaohs in Egypt; other option is total gluten free, if someone need: instead kamut with quinua and almonds flour, totally gluten free). This a prototype recipe, it can be extended to make orange / strawberry / pineapple / apple ... cake, is an author recipe devoleped by me, along several years to reach a very nice texture, delicious taste and nutrients. Blueberries (agrás) are so good to balance sugar levels in blood (for diabetes and hipoglycemia), digestive desorders, infections and exhaustion, beside it is antioxidant, and contains Vitamins A, C and D and a lot of minerals.
- Chickpea burgers with black quinua flakes, sunflower seeds and oriental spices (such as fenogreco, ginger, turmeric…), optional: wakame seaweeds; as the last recipe this is also an author recipe (mine), prototype to make many types of vegetables burgers, it doesn´t contain flours.
- Quinua croquettes with garlic and coriander, it doesn´t contain flours, only quinua grain and the cooking is in the oven or in a pan with minimal sesame organic oil.
- Oriental whole rice, prepared with spices and seeds
