Please stay away from Spanish World Institute (Bogotá)

I was studing at SWI for 5 months in total and i can tell you to stay away, far away from this School. All the owner is interested is your $$$. This school has difficulty keeping all of it's teachers as the owner keeps on yelling at them and at students all the time. Had 13 different teachers during my time there. I do not understand as to why the staff keeps on rotating. There were even 2 occasions where the administration did not pay their bills as we had days without electricity nor water.....prettty bad
I have asked to get refund for the remainer of the time that was left on the course Protected content that was paid in total and attended only 5) and the owner told me that there is not refund......
