Receiving packages from US (Bogotá)

Hello, a couple months ago my parents sent a package to my address here in Bogota using regular US Postal Service. The package still has not arrived for some reason. When my parents asked the US Postal Service if there was a way we could track it, they informed us that I needed to talk to the Colombian Postal Service. Does anyone know where I can find the Colombian Postal Service?
