Recomendations for a labor lawyer? (Bogotá)

I would like to contract with a labor laywer who is willing to (help me) pursue Porvenir in retrieving a pension savings.

I've researched it quite a bit and the intent of the law is that you can only retrieve your pension when you reach 62 years of age. BUT the law is not clearly written, and so I understand that a foreigner who has no plans to return to Colombia has a shot at getting to their pension in one lump sum, now.
