Recommendation for Hotel in Cartagena? (Bogotá)

Hi,

Was going to be in Cartagena for a week (Week of February 3rd). Was wondering if anyone had hotel recommendations that were in a good location (safe, scenic, near "things to do"). I'd say safe is probably number 1, with "near stuff" as number 2.

I'm booked at the Hilton right now - which is probably the upper end of the price range I'd prefer to pay. Seems to be a reasonable hotel - a bit far from the city - but otherwise safe.

Thoughts?
