Replying to posts and private messages (Bogotá)

Not sure about the experiences of others, this is mine, particularly about the "jobs" section. I've given up replying because many do not reply back. I am sure I am not alone in finding this impolite. We are all members of a group here. To help each other, share ideas, information, etc. It would be nice if we were nice to each other as well. Polite. Professional. When someone contacts me personally, and I reply, I appreciate the same courtesy. I always reply when someone has kindly taken the time to respond to me. I wish everyone would do the same. Being polite and professional is always cool. We should do that here, don't you think? :) I know of a company who replies to every single person. That is the way to go.
