We are looking for a socially and business driven, out-going individual to own and develop the sales cycle and pipeline of a fast growing company. You are responsible for planning and implementing sales, marketing and product development programs, both short and long range, targeted toward existing and new markets by performing the following duties:
•Work closely with the General Manager in developing and implementing strategic sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives/targets.
•Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners, and to use them strategically for B2B sales.
•Identify business opportunities through various channels, which include (yet/but not limited to) cold calls, networking, marketing campaigns, and events.
•Manage a sales team of 3 individuals, and assist on closing B2C sales with the team.
•Develop sales goals and leverage personal connections to amplify our B2B channels.
•Manage staff and internal training in order to develop and control the sales team and program.
•Coordinate the liaison between sales and operations, ensuring that delivery of service is successfully met.
•Manage key accounts and client follow up, ensuring that quality control procedures are being met.
•Responsible for compliance with ISO Protected content procedures through internal and external audits.
•3 – 5 years sales experience
•High level of English and Spanish.
•Customer focused and driven.
•Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with the ability to use data to make decisions.
•Leadership experience within a small team.
•Salary depending on candidate and previous experience.
