Salsa dancing (Bogotá)

At the past two InterNations events I met a few people who expressed an interest in salsa dancing. I'd like to invite you to join me at one of my favorite salsa clubs this Saturday, Sept 24. It's not a fancy place, nor is it very popular. Some people would call it a hole in the wall. I like it because
1. They have fabulous music.
2. The service is excellent.
3. Prices are good.
4. There is no cover charge unless a band is playing, which occurs on occasion.
5. I know the owner and he usually accommodates my music requests :-) .

The club is called Salsa Camará and it is located at the following address:
Calle 82 # Protected content 2

Please note that this is a pure salsa place, meaning that they play salsa and son cubano, not merengue, bachata, or cha-cha-cha. Occasionally, they might play some non-salsa Colombian music, but that is rare.

This is not an official InterNations event, so if you want to come just look for me or ask for Adriana at the bar and they'll point you in my direction.

Don't hesitate to come if you don't know how to dance salsa and don't mind learning in public. This is not unusual, given the number of foreigners in Bogotá.

I hope to see you on Sat. at 10 PM or so. (The place doesn't have a kitchen, so eat before you come.)

P.S. Any change in plans will be announced on this forum.
