Tax as freelance (Bogotá)

Hi everyone,

We are currently moving to Bogotá, and I would like to know some basic information about tax as a freelance.

Here in Spain, you do not have to declare tax if your earn up to 6,000€ per year. Do you know what is the bottom off in Colombia?

Moreover, where could I find information on how to be a freelance in Colombia? I do speak Spanish, so if the info is in that language is also fine.
